Recipe Section I would like to take this chance to explain my "phood philosophy". This is a cute little phrase I coined to describe the way I approach food. I call it "Make Calories Count". My "phood philosophy" leans towards eating as few "empty" calories as possible. Meaning I want as much flavorful nutrition per bite as possible. People are always talking about counting calories. I want every calorie to count. I have often received questions about what type of food I like, what do I recommend, do I have any recipe's that I can pass on? Here, dear friends, this is my way of saying "Yes!" I would like to share this favorite one with you, ENJOY!! Here is the first installment of the recipe section. Each month a new recipe will be showcased. Eventually we will have an archive of recipes.
