As fate would have it I learned about a concert in which Patrick Bernard was performing with his lovely and graceful wife Anuradha. I was not real familiar with the area and almost chose not to go and take a chance of getting lost at night. Despite my reservations, my heart was leading me to trust that I would find my way back home safely. It turned out to be one of those unforgettable evenings which led to another experience I would have missed if I had not trusted my instincts.

At the concert I learned about a Satsang (a meditation in song and silence) they were offering the following week. It also included a chakra workshop led by Patrick and a devotional dance workshop led by Anuradha. I went to the Satsang and it was amazing. I was left with a feeling of gratitude and fulfillment.

It was before the Satsang that I meet Patrick and Anuradha and they were so gracious. At the end of the evening they agreed to a photograph with me. I was thrilled. I was able to purchase Patrick's newest CD "Supreme Moment" and he was kind enough to autograph it for me. I have been using this CD in my Yoga classes and the response has been so positive. Many of the students of Yoga that participate in my classes have been interested in purchasing one for their own collection. "Supreme Moment" is included on my CD list with my impression and comments.
